Welcome to the National Hispanic Council on Aging's (NHCOA) Latino Cultural Competence Healthcare Provider Course for healthcare providers (NHCOA's CCC).  This is an integrated, web-based tool created to increase the cultural competence of healthcare providers working with older Latino adults and their families on issues related to diabetes, though the principles and strategies it presents can be used with any community in any health-related work.
